Execute the Project

The execution phase is the phase where the work gets done. Project deliverables are created, reviewed, and approved. The steps in this phase will vary widely from project to project. However, many organizations have multiple projects that basically all use the same process. Software development would be a good example - there are set steps that should be followed regardless of the type of software being developed.
